We will not sell, share, transfer, rent, use, or distribute your information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.

- Providing immigration related consulting advice and services;
- Analyzing, completing and processing immigration, visa and related filings and submissions to relevant government agencies;
- Billing for our services;
- Complying with accounting rules as per ICCRC Regulation;
- Fulfilling Audit Compliance as per ICCRC Regulation;
- Detecting error, negligence, fraud, misrepresentation and other illegal activity;

- Providing access to online case-management tools, where applicable;
- Establishing and maintaining general and clients mailing lists;
- Communicating with clients to update them about their cases;
- Communicating with clients to inform them of legal developments, or new services;

Confidentiality
Security and Storage
Streamline Immigration may exchange electronic versions of documents with clients using commercially available software. As you may know, electronic mail is not a 100% secure medium, regardless of the steps taken to secure it. As such, Streamline Immigration cannot guarantee that all communications and documents sent electronically will always be received, or that such communications and documents will always be virus free.
