Process, Payment, Refunds

Preliminary Interview
Preliminary Interview is the first  step to asses your circumstances and  gather information for preliminary assessment of your case.  This brief, informal interview is  done  via telephone or skype up to 15 min in length, and is no obligation and  free of charge. As an alternative you can contact me via email, and I will send you a questionnaire pertaining your inquiry.
Initial Consultation
The first formal  interview to  determine what we can do to assist you. During this interview, we will ask you many specific questions,  to determine  your eligibility. This assessment is usually one hour in length. We recommend that  you bring with you some documents, and other materials that can be related to your questions ( ID’s, transcripts, resumes, photos, e-mails printouts etc).  We will direct you in an email or over the phone prior to your consultation what documents might be required. If we feel that you will not qualify to make a successful application, we will advise you about that, as well. Once we have made preliminary assessment, as to whether you will qualify for a particular type of visa, or immigration stream, our next step will be explaining the process of making application. We will give you the overview of the entire process. Once we have established that we can help you with your goals, we will discuss our fees.  Our fees will range upon the nature of your case. Once your matter is carefully accessed during the Initial Consultation, specific fees will be available. We will also, provide you a reference guide to government fees that you are required to pay separately. At this stage of Initial Consultation, if you are happy with the assessment and interested in hiring us, you will be given Retainer Agreement for your review. The Retainer Agreement is a document that governs clients’ relations with the authorised representative; outlines our fees, services, and other terms and conditions of the contract. In some cases we will need to see the paperwork and view the records to properly analyze the case, before giving any advice. It might take some time beyond initial consultation.
Signing the Retainer
Next, we will go point by point to explain the Retainer Agreement to you. You are encouraged to ask as many questions, as you can think of at this time. The part of your full payment  is due at the time of signing the Retainer. Our fees will range upon the nature of your case. Once your matter is carefully accessed during the Initial Consultation, specific fees will be available. Depending on the quote for our services for your case, and our payment agreement, we can arrange the payments  by “milestones” , by fixed dates, or pre-paid in full. Please note, regardless of the payment terms you choose, full payment is due before Application Submission. If you are applying through Express Entry we will arrange  different terms. Refund Policy: partial refund is available and further discussed at the time of signing the retainer.
File Preparation
We will provide you with detailed instructions regarding all necessary forms and documents for  your particular case.  Usually, this will include some standard documentation applicable to all immigration applications, as well as some specific pieces of information and documentation depending on your actual application.
Document Review
We will review and discuss the forms and documents thoroughly with you. The review should reveal any errors, that should be corrected before they are submitted.
Full Submission
Once the file is reviewed, and any corrections are made, it is ready to be submitted to the appropriate visa office. At this stage, we are ready to proceed with a full submission.
Post-Submission
We will monitor the processing of your application, and notify you of any changes and new developments.  Sometimes, we might be required to respond to inquires from CIC regarding your file. We will communicate on your behalf with the immigration officials and notify you about its content.
